RAFCO represents a wide variety of high profile retailers such as Costco, the largest membership warehouse club chain; Lone Star Texas Grill, an authentic southern style restaurant; and, Red Robin, a successful burger concept based in Denver.
Costco relies on RAFCO’s services to identify and assist in the acquisition of new sites that complement their existing warehouse network. We provided our big box expertise to Rona during their years of expansion and disposed of redundant Rona/Cashway properties in select markets throughout Ontario such as Goderich.
Our restaurant placement success continues to be unsurpassed. Over its lifespan, RAFCO has secured over 250 restaurant locations on behalf of our clients in select markets across Canada ranging from 5,000 to over 15,000 square feet, and where necessary, pads with drive-thru’s.
In the last couple of years, RAFCO has been involved in several successful land assemblies and sales. From larger municipalities as Brampton to smaller communities like Belleville, RAFCO has assembled and/or sold hundreds of acres of land.
RAFCO assists its clients with all of their real estate requirements including renewals, re-negotiations and growth objectives.
RAFCO provides a variety of services to assist its clients in the development of all types of retail centres such as Big Box, fashion, neighbourhood and convenience. From land assembly and acquisition, to obtaining the necessary government approvals for site development, RAFCO has the experience and expertise to secure development sites on behalf of its clients.
Prior to securing tenants for the centres, we produce conceptual leasing plans and marketing materials to attract prospective tenants. RAFCO’s leasing and merchandising abilities include rebranding and/or repositioning an existing property to attract better tenancies and enhance property value. Our strong relationships with national retailers enable us to act as a Tenant Coordinator during the site’s development. Upon project completion, RAFCO has successfully promoted and sold developments to individual investors and major Canadian institutions.
